Shipping and Returns Information

Delivery

Deliveries to the UK will be by the postage service selected on the checkout page. We always ship by recorded delivery and we will email you the tracking number when your order is dispatched. Your order will normally reach you within 3 days of dispatch.

International Orders

Any international orders will be packed with an accurate customs declaration. You must pay any customs or import duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for advice if necessary. Please email sales@celtic-style.com if you have any questions about shipping.

Postage Rates

Postage rates depend on the weight of your order, the country we are shipping to and the service selected. The postage charges will be shown on the checkout page before you enter your card details.

Returns

You have 7 working days after receiving your goods to return any item for exchange or a full refund for any reason. Such items must not be used or worn and must be returned in the original packaging with any labels intact. If the item is faulty we will refund your shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods, but we will not refund shipping costs if the goods are not defective and are as described on the web-site. Please contact sales@celtic-style.com for advice before returning any items. This does not affect your legal rights.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been personalised for you either.
